Jannah Hodges is the Managing Partner of Hodges Partners with a focus on Healthcare and Life Sciences, and has successfully conducted over 450 senior-level assignments in these industries. Jannah’s clients range in size from the largest health systems in the nation to private equity-sponsored startups across the healthcare and life science industries. Client companies include health systems, outpatient services, healthcare outsourcing, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare technology, medical schools, and managed care. Successful engagements she has led include some of the most prominent Board Directors, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CIOs, General Counsels, and Medical Executives, as well as various functional Vice Presidents.
With 20 years of experience in executive search, Jannah was previously a Consultant with three other global executive search firms, including the largest, Korn/Ferry International, and the oldest, Heidrick & Struggles. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Advisory Council for the Center for Vital Longevity at the University of Texas at Dallas, a research center dedicated to improving the cognitive health of the aging mind. She also serves as a Board Director for Make-A-Wish North Texas and The Aging Mind Foundation. She received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Business from Amberton University and certification for Cornell University’s Advanced Program for Executive Search Consulting.
